Yes. We do. Some of our competitors won't list their prices on their web sites but we don't mind everyone knowing what we charge. For one low price you will receive 28 meals (an assortment of beef meals and chicken meals) plus bones - all delivered to your home free of charge.

We know many people might find it hard to order a whole month's worth of food without trying it out first so we also make available a sample pack. Options

All dogs are not the same so while we formulate our meals with the typical dog in mind some of you may have dogs with special needs that require more control over meal content. With that in mind we have two new options.

Option 1. Additional Salmon Oil & Fruit/Veggie mix

With this option we will increase the amount of Salmon oil and veggie/fruit mix which will increase the levels of Omega fatty acids and other essential nutrients. This can be very beneficial for dogs with coat/skin/shedding problems. Cost: $10.50 (Large orders) or $16.95 (XX-Large orders)

Option 2. Chicken carcasses

Many people place a high value on the nutrients found in chicken bones as well as the enjoyment their pets receive from eating them so Duke's is pleased to announce that you can now have chicken carcasses substituted for meat blocks in some of the meals!

Subject to availability we can substitute bagged chicken carcasses for some of meals in your order. We will substitute carcasses for chicken meals: 7 of the 28 meals in your order (if you get the entire order delivered at once) or 4 of the 14 meals (for bi-weekly delivery). Note: the meals with carcasses don't have any mix added because of the mess if your pet takes them out of the bowl and because there is no way to really mix in the veggie/fruit/supplement mix with the carcass the way it can be with the blocks.

The carcasses have substantial amounts of meat on them as well of lots of chicken bone. How many carcasses per meal? It depends on the size but generally two carcasses for each large meal and four for each XXL meals. Try it with your next order! (NO additional charge for substituting carcasses for blocks! But we may need a few days extra notice to schedule the substitution.)

Payment

We can take payment by cash, PayPal, credit card (through Pay Pal), money order. If you use PayPal there is a surcharge (because they charge us for their services) and you will need to be home to sign for delivery (in order to satisfy a condition of their buyer/seller protection programs). After your first order we can also take payment by personal cheque.

Unfortunately since our bank charges us for returned items we are forced to charge you a $25 service charge for any payment that is returned, declined, cancelled or dishonoured for any reason.
