When you are ready to order all you have to do is fill out this form and send it to us along with your payment by cheque. If you prefer you can have us come by to receive payment, or you can send payment to DukesDinners@shaw.ca by PayPal or by an eCheque from your bank. If you use PayPal or an eCheque make the payment first and then fill in the payment confirmation number, provided by PayPal or your Bank, in the form below. While we are waiting for our final papers of incorporation to come through in the new year we are operating under our parent company however cheques should still be made payable to: "Dukes Dinners"

By ordering online you are agreeing that you have read and understood the product FAQ.

To order just follow the easy steps below:

 

Step 1. Identify yourself. If you have ordered within the last two months all you need enter is your Customer Number.

  Step 2. Although you order food for four weeks at a time you can choose to have portions of the order delivered at different intervals. Choose whether you want delivery every week , every two weeks or every four weeks (see zone page for number of free deliveries per order).

Step 3. Now for each pet you want to feed the BARF diet fill in a line of the table below. For each pet just choose the pet type and the food type - do not fill in the price as this will be done automatically in step 4.

Step 4. Now calculate the balance owing by pressing the "Calculate Total" button. If you have made mistakes you can just change the entries you made or you can press the "Reset" button and start over at step 2 or step 3. Once you have done the calculation you can use some of your customer rewards balance to reduce the cost - just enter any amount up to your total rewards balance or the subtotal, whichever is smaller, i.e. you can't use more rewards than you have on your account and you can't reduce the subtotal to less than zero. Then press the "Calculate Total" button one more time. Your revised total will now be displayed.

Step 5. Now choose your form of payment. 

 VISA, Mastercard and other credit cards: you can use PayPal to do this - just press the PayPal button at the bottom of this page. Then fill in the line below.

Step 7. Almost done! If you are paying by PayPal or eCheque remember to fill in the confirmation number above. If you are paying by cash or cheque we will contact you to arrange to pick up the payment. Before proceeding you may wish to print this page for your records - just use the print function on your web browser's "File" menu. Now all you have to do to complete your order is press the "Submit" button below.
