In response to suggestions and comments from our customers we are making
some changes!
We are introducing a Medium size order of 14 meals (same size meals as a
Large). People were finding it confusing to order 28 meals and get it in two
deliveries - there was always the worry if the current delivery was "time
to pay" plus it was a financial burden for some of our customers to have
to pay for the whole 4 weeks at once - the new order size eliminates both
problems!
We revamped our invoice style to be friendlier and easier to understand -
including a new part which beginning sometime in April will show how many
loyalty points ("Duke Dollars") you have earned!
There was very little difference between ordering the XXL size and ordering 2
Large size so we are simplifying by dropping the XXL size.
And we will be revamping our delivery day options to give more choice!
There are lots more changes on the way which we think our customers will
really like and we're very excited about what the coming year will bring!

We will not be making deliveries from July 12 to July 16. If you would
normally want a delivery that week please order for delivery the week before;
if that is a problem for you please let us know and we will do what we can
to make things work for you!
