Our mission is to keep prices down so every owner can afford to feed their pet a good raw food natural diet. Two of the biggest costs of typical retail businesses are a physical storefront and advertising. You pay for these costs in the purchase price yet neither of these do a single thing to improve the product or make it easier for you to buy! We've taken care of the storefront costs by selling directly to you and delivering to your home but that still leaves advertising. We learned about the raw food diet through other dog owners and we want to continue that. So rather than spending money on expensive ads we are relying primarily on... word of mouth! That allows us to return that money to our customers through our loyalty program. With our program your dog can eat for free, for life!

Here is how it works:

When you order from us the first time you will get a customer number. Whenever we get a new customer referred by you (they give us your number) we record that fact and from then on every single time they purchase from Duke's your account will be credited with an amount equal to 10% of the value of their order! Not just once, or twice, but every single time they order for as long as you are both customers!

That means that if you refer ten other owners with the same size pet as you have that 100% of the costs of your meals could be covered! Your pet would eat for free! For example if you have a typical small dog and refer three or four owners of large dogs your pet will eat for free! If you have a medium size dog and refer five owners of large dogs your dog will eat for free.

And there are no coupons, no forms, no gimmicks of any kind and no hoops to jump through!

We automatically keep track of your credits and whenever we deliver an order you'll get a statement of how many credits in your account. You can apply as many of your credits to an order as you want! 

Here is the fine print:

For you to receive credits you must continuously be a customer of Duke's. For another customer to generate credits for you they must continuously be a customer of Duke's. To "continuously be a customer" means making at least one order every two months. We do this just to make the record keeping manageable. Credits can only be applied to future purchases, are not refundable, are not transferable, have no cash value and expire if you cease to continuously be a customer. That is all there is to it!
